Cancellation Free up to seven days before arrival, refunded in full. After that the booking can no longer be cancelled and the stay remains payable.
Careful, platforms sometimes offer a reduced non-refundable rate. If you chose that offer, no cancellation is possible, whatever the notice.

How do I book the studio?
Enter your dates in the calendar above: the exact price appears, you pay securely online and the confirmation arrives by e-mail straight away. No account needed.
Are there any service fees?
Booking on this site means booking direct with the owners, with no platform commission. The price shown includes the end-of-stay cleaning; the Nice city tourist tax is shown separately during booking.
What is the minimum stay?
It depends on the season, between two and five nights. The calendar applies the current rule automatically for the dates you choose.
How does check-in work?
You receive detailed instructions the day before. Check-in is self-service, from 4 pm to 1 am, and check-out is before 10 am. A different time is sometimes possible, just ask.
What does the price include?
The nightly rate, the end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels, wifi and all utilities. Only the Nice city tourist tax is added, calculated per person per night and shown before payment.
Can I arrive late or drop off luggage?
Check-in stays open until one in the morning, with nobody waiting up for you. For luggage before check-in or after check-out, write to us: we do our best depending on the cleaning schedule.
Is the studio suitable for families?
The flat sleeps two guests and is not suitable for children under two. It is designed for a couple or a solo traveller.
What if I need to cancel?
The cancellation terms appear in the summary before payment and are repeated in your confirmation e-mail. If something unexpected happens, write to us: we always look for a solution.
